Because it is measured differently. Our other bottoms are specced laid flat, so those numbers get doubled to give you the full circumference. This one already comes to us as a body waist range and a full-round hip, so you can read it straight off the table without doubling anything.

Around a 5.5 to 7.5 inch inseam depending on size, so they land well above the knee. That is the intended above-knee mesh short cut.
Are these see-through?
