What it is: The Mycelial Gnosis Hand-Frayed Hoodie is a 420 GSM heavyweight pullover in 100% cotton, finished with a snow wash and hand-frayed edges. It has a drop shoulder, a kangaroo pocket and a ribbed hem and cuffs. Available in Black, Blackish Green and Royal Blue.
The artwork
The back carries the full Mycelial Gnosis artwork in fine white line art: a mushroom cap crowning a column of roots and smaller caps, a Seed of Life sphere held inside the root system, moon phases arcing overhead and dotted orbital rings tracking around the whole form. A condensed badge of the same design sits on the chest. Original Phantasmagorical art, created for this piece and made to order.
The fabric
420 GSM of 100% cotton, which is roughly double a standard hoodie. It has real weight in the hand and holds a shape instead of collapsing. The snow wash is done on the finished garment after the art goes on, so the design settles into the cotton rather than sitting on top of it, and the fraying is done by hand.
How it fits
Relaxed fit with a drop shoulder and a boxy body. Take your normal size, or size down one for a closer cut. Russell (6'2", 180 lbs) wears XL.
