We know online sizing can be tricky—and we genuinely want to help you get it right the first time. That's why we've created multiple tools to make finding your perfect fit as easy as possible:
1. Measure Yourself: The most accurate method is to take your own measurements and compare them to the size chart included in each product description.
2. Use AI for a Personalized Recommendation: Copy the size chart from the product description, paste it into ChatGPT along with your height, weight, and preferred fit (relaxed, true, or slim), and you'll get a tailored recommendation in seconds.

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, sizing doesn't work out; and that's okay. We're human, and we get it.
Because each garment is made individually (to reduce waste and ensure quality), we're unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges for sizing issues. As a small business, processing returns and exchanges creates significant strain on our operations and sustainability efforts. However, we never want you to feel stuck.
Here's what we offer instead: If your item doesn't fit the way you hoped, simply keep it (or gift it to someone who'd love it!), and we'll provide you with a one-time 40% discount code to reorder your correct size.
This way, you don't have to deal with shipping anything back, and you can try again at a significantly reduced price. Every piece deserves to be worn and loved—not sitting in a warehouse or going to waste.
🎨 Quality & Design Concerns
If your order arrives and something doesn't feel right—stitching, print, or finish—let us know within 30 days. We'll send you a prepaid return label and issue full store credit once we receive it.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email Hello@phantasmagorical.co or use the chat on our site within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or issue full store credit right away—shipping on us, no questions asked.
🌍 International Orders
We can't currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to shipping logistics. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering—and use either the AI Size Recommender, the ChatGPT sizing method, or your own measurements to find your best fit.
