Behind the Craft: The 72-Hour Process

Hour 0-12: Cotton pre-treatment with mineral-rich water to open fibers

Hour 12-36: First wash cycle with controlled pH levels for texture development

Hour 36-60: Gentle mechanical processing to create signature fluffy handfeel

Hour 60-72: Final conditioning and quality inspection by hand
