What is it: The Spirit Molecule Oversized Graphic Distressed Hoodie is a 400 GSM heavyweight cotton pullover with a full-back print from the Spirit Molecule Sacred Collection, finished with a mineral wash, ripped detailing and raw edge accents. Drop shoulder, boxy oversized body, kangaroo pocket. Misty Purple or Black, sizes S to 2XL.
What is the artwork on the back?
A single white line drawing running down the back panel. A seated figure sits inside a geometric portal ringed by concentric circles and a woven lattice, a column of open eyes rising from where its head should be and a crescent moon hanging on either side. Below the portal the composition breaks open into a fanged skull and a knot of snake skeletons that coil through a field of stars before tapering to a point.
It reads as a single pale crest from across a room and as a hundred small details up close. The front stays quiet: one small Phantasmagorical script mark on the chest. Original artwork, exclusive to Phantasmagorical.

Most hoodies sold as heavyweight sit between 280 and 340 GSM. This is 400 GSM, 11.8 oz per square yard, in 100% cotton rather than a poly fleece blend. In the hand it feels closer to outerwear than to a sweatshirt. It holds the shoulder line, does not cling, and carries enough body that the boxy cut reads as intentional. This is a genuine cold weather piece, not a year round one.
The mineral wash and the distressing
The mineral wash is applied to the finished garment, which is why the tone shifts across the panels and settles darker in the seams and creases. The ripped detailing and raw edge accents are built in at production, so nothing frays further than intended. What you receive already looks like it has been in rotation for a few winters, and it keeps softening from there.

Controlled. The rips and raw edges are placed at production as part of the design, not random damage. They will not run or grow with normal wear and washing.
