The back panel tells that whole story. A skull on one side, a woman's face on the other, death and life staring across the same field. Between them sits a figure in deep meditation, the still point that holds both. Mushrooms rise from the edges where things decompose, a death's-head moth marks the turn from one form into the next, and a radiant all-seeing eye crowns it all beneath the sun and moon.
